BMW SMG UMHLANGA ARC PATHETIC SERVICE

Pathetic service from the smg group the ARC manager is not knowledge when you ask him question , he gets very agressive with females and gives you examples of a medical setting when he actually is a panel shop manager . He screams at females and raise his voice. Disgusting service . The staff is not welcoming they are always playing on their cellphones . This is not the BMW standard!!
