BMW SMG Tygervalley repair centre

I had to have the front bumper of my car repaired after the electric gate at work, closed as I was entering the premises. My first impression of SMG was immediately a good one. Tina, who answered the phone was friendly and polite. The fact that I could take my car through to the repair centre the evening before and leave it parked behind securely locked gates was an added bonus. I received daily SMS updates regarding the status of the job. I was able to collect my car at the end of the week, at a time that suited me... during the evening. The repair job is perfect! In all... a pleasant experience!
