Disgusting service from the general manager, he is unable to answer questions when asked, he gets very evasive, he is unprofessional, rude and does not know anything about repairs either...when you ask a question about your vehicle he will give you a scenario about a hospital setting....my question is...is BMW SMG mount edgecombe a service repair center or a hospital ?
