Yolandie at bmw santon is so rude and unprofessional

So BMW made a mess up with my car, the fault is on their side, I get there to sort it out and this lady called yolandie was so rude and unprofessional.. I mean I'm a customer here I didnt walk in making a noise or anything.. i just simply wanted to know what the issue was. I was told not to open my mouth as she is busy.. yet when it comes to my money.. they quick to jump.. bad very bad I will never bring my car here again.. and I will not refer anyone to bmw santon branch because of this women.
