Unhappy customer

Good day, since I dd the inquiry about 1 of the used car that ws on sale, I explained to Johan sales person that I hv a car that I need to trade in (BMW) he took my details Nd said he Wil do the settlement in the morning the following day, Nd come back to me bt he didn't bother to cal me which I saw as unprofessional of him to dealt with a customer's. According to me he was supposed to cal me Nd give me the feedback, unhappy customer who Is willing to buy.
