Terrible customer service

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visits this BMW, I ordered parts and paid for labour. Then I changed my mind and requested a refund for labour but still wanted to the parts. Nobody cared to inform that the parts had arrived I had to constantly call and email to find out. When I finally go the parts after a month I am still waiting for my refund for the labour. I dealt with a woman called Sagrie Pillay useless useless useless I am still suprised that she actually is still employed there, but there is not customer care what so ever even from the managers and reception ladies. Since January I’ve been waiting for my refund it’s February I am still waiting for my refund. One star is too much if you ask me.
