Tarrable service after parchase.

I have bought a BMW S1000 RR motorbike in Sandton last year 2023 November. December 2023 I got stuck with the same particular bike, I took it back on the 27th of December 2023 for it to be fixed. I have been getting excuses that the part has to be ordered from Germany till this day. Now the sales person is ignoring my calls and the manager is telling me that there is nothing that he can do. This dealership sold me this bike while knowing that it has got a problem cos it had fiber sole tape on it which they saw and sold as it is. They even assured me that they have done a 20 point check on it but then why decided to sell it with the sole tape on the key module cos it shows that the module was tampered with. Till today I haven’t received my motorbike meaning I am paying for an item that I don’t have with me.

Please assist cos I don’t want that bike anymore and I don’t want anything to do with that dealership.
