POOR SERVICE, INCONVENIENCE AND FINANCIAL LOSS.

I am currently unhappy with the overall service I am receiving from this dealer, firstly we purchased a vehicle from them with a request for an operators disc for the vehicle, which after arranging all the paperwork I'm being advised they do not do this, I mean I requested this before with all dealerships we have purchased vehicles from and they have gladly assisted, now I have to take the vehicle again for a road worthy inspection which they have done in order to obtain a double disc

secondly on the day we went to pick up the vehicle the window motor button was pushed into the door panel and I had to take time out of my day and my fuel to drive to them and have the issue resolved, not only am I dissatisfied but their service is absolutely appalling and I am one unhappy customer .
