Poor service

Went to get my number plates redone. Absolutely poor service provided by Nsako. Made us wait for half an hour before assisting, never had the decency to notify us of the procedure of the wait. Waited for over 2 hours with no communication what so ever, while this process is only suppose to take 30 - 45mins. Whether you are a new car owner or old, some direction is definitely needed of whats going on, rather just sitting aimlessly. My number plates were suppose to be ready and done at the time of purchase.
