Poor service

Dealt with Consult Elvin who gave me a quote for 60k. Didn't bother to call me back and when asked him three times to send me an email with what's wrong with my vehicle he tells me the job card is closed so when I fetch the vehicle he will write it on paper for me. Diagnosis is R1500 and I get a response via a piece of paper? This was really poor service. There fees were unnecessarily exorbitant and they added certain items multiple times. Probably hoping I wouldn't notice.
