One month my car as been there

I had a minor bump on my back door BMW X3 and it has been at your Wynberg Johannesburg repair centre for OVER A MONTH. How can a repair take that long? Zero consideration for the fact that I have needed to get a replacement car for a month!! Absolutely absurd.

The worst customer service ever. People think that if you buy a BMW you are getting a luxury car with good service. Not the case.

What on earth is going on? Have you damaged the car and are frantically trying to repair it? Extremely suspicious behaviour.
