Not impressed !

Not impressed with the service received. My car is leaking washer fluid I booked it in for service today and Elvin informed me that they need to order the part and I'll have to bring the car in next week. I asked for a loan car as I have kids in school and school opens next week I'll have to do school rounds and pick ups I require a vehicle. He advised there's no loan cars available and there's nothing he can do. Yolandi calls me as well to say there's nothing they can do so basically it's my problem how I get my kids to school not there's. I asked for a Saturday service and they can't even help with that. Most pathetic service received from both Elvin and Yolandi at BMW sandton they were not helpful at all! I wouldn't recommend this branch! Train your staff better!
