Kudos to BMW Sandton for Stellar service

I took my vehicle in for a service on Friday 23 September 2022. My service advisor, the lady arranging transport & the teams that were servicing & washing my vehicle were simply amazing. My car looked & felt like a brand new vehicle. The level of cleanliness inside & out was out of this world. The sheer driving pleasure is extraordinary.

I would like to also make special mention of the Workshop Supervisor. I took my vehicle in during the month of August 2022 as it had an unusual vibration & engine noise. The service advisor wanted me to explain to the Workshop Supervisor in the workshop whilst idling the vehicle what the problem was. I walked with the Workshop Supervisor to the vehicle in the workshop & explained to him what the problem was as we were walking. Without hesitation, he said it was the engine mountings. We confirmed that indeed that was the problem when we got to the vehicle. He is super awesome.

I have too many good experiences to mention about BMW Sandton. Another noteworthy mention is the After Sales Manager. He is super amazing & helped me with a water ingress problem that I thought was a BMW factory fault on the vehicle but turned out to be a replacement windscreen issue that was fitted by a reputable Glass Fitment Centre but had water ingress.

Keep it up BMW Sandton, I wish I could stand on a rooftop & tell the whole world about your fantastic service & impressive workshop & workmanship
