Horrible Service

I recently had a claim with my insurer who have been nothing but a great help. I unfortunately cannot say the same for the repairer who not only got the repairs on my car wrong but I took my vehicle back to them for rectification twice. As if that wasn’t enough, my car is still not fixed, no one is communicating with me, they used up my fuel and returned it with a range of 65km after I had left it with them with just over half a tank of fuel. I’m terribly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and lack of communication I’ve been getting from this repairer.
