Extremely Terrible Experience

I have a complaint of bad service that I have received from BMW in Sandton regarding the buy of a 2013 Opel astra that was listed on Autotrader.

The vehicle was listed as a 1.4T on Autotrader and when I received the invoice the description only said it was a 1.4(no Turbo) and as soon as I asked the financing house to send me the roadworthy it turned out that the vehicle is a 1.6.

I had the worst experience buying the car at Sandton BMW there were countless promises made in the process of buying the vehicle where I had to put in leave to pick up the vehicle from the dealership and that put me in a position where my Job had complained about me and more promises were made which could not even be done by the salesman as BMW in sandton.

The service I received was terrible and the salesman was arrogant when I called him.I only needed information to which end he was completely rude.

I have proof of where the car was wrongly advertised and what the correct model of the vehicle is.

The car I bought still has the old number plates on and I didnt even get paper plates for the vehicle.I was charged on the invoice for registration an amount of R5750 which I don't understand what registration has been done my finance house is busy with the registration of the vehicle so I have no idea what that amount was deducted for.
