disgusted customer

i would like to lay a complain with Sandton dealer /Randburg. i saw the vehicle online BMW 318i 47500 KM going for R309 000 and i enquired and the seller by the name of welcome Nciki at dealer contacted and i negotiated and he gave me the vehicle with R303400.we (the banker from standard bank and I ) sent him the podium as per his request to issue the invoice,then he sandton branch will issue the invoice and sent me,which they did.The bank did everything and when am suppose to get the delivery ,the seller now is telling me the vehicle is not there it has been sold from another dealer to another customer and he want to replace 2018 model for me with 2017 model.

like really is it how the this dealer operate or am i dreaming here.this car is suppose to be my wife's present for birthday which was on the 20th january 2021 and thats exactly the date i shouldve got the delivery.what a dissapoitment buy this dealer's lack of proffessionalism and lies.now when am calling sandton branch where the invoice comes from am being told i must go to Randburg ,when am contacting Randburg the manager is always busy to attend his customers like really.
