BMW Sandton's Service Nightmare

I had a truly dreadful experience with BMW Sandton during my recent visit for a major service. Just two weeks after the service, my car broke down on the highway, and the engine light ominously illuminated. My only option was to take it to a different service provider in Menlyn, Pretoria, which resulted in days of diagnosis and replacement of components that BMW Sandton had supposedly serviced.

What's even more infuriating is BMW Sandton's abysmal customer service. They seem to have mastered the art of not responding, and outright ignoring customers who reach out for help. Accountability is a foreign concept to them. During the numerous times I tried to contact them, I was shuffled around from one person to another without anyone showing the slightest interest in assisting me.

The ordeal has left me car-less for nearly two weeks, and I've had to resort to renting a vehicle. It's safe to say that I will never trust BMW Sandton with my car again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of their shoddy service and complete lack of customer care.
