BMW SANDTON TERRIBLE 'SERVICE'

My car was towed in on Monday the 9th January 2023, loss of power. The first communication I received from the service department was Friday 13th January, informing me that there's a repair of approximately R150k due to impure/contaminated fuel, and this is not covered by the Motorplan. I was 1st asked when I last filled, and my response was Bloemfontein on the 3rd, on my way back from CT. How did the car make it 500+kms with "impure fuel"? Today being the 6th of February, I have yet to receive a diagnostics report, or written quotation indicating repairs to What is damaged. This is ridiculous!! Terrible Terrible representation of 11 of the leading vehicle brands in the World!!
