BMW has lost me as a customer

I have had nothing but the worst experience from BMW Sandton after having been a BMW driver for almost 13 years.

My situation with this dealership begins as follows: I sold my 320d privately 9 months ago and decided to buy an X3 also 9 months ago through this ddalership. In the first month I expressed my disappointment with the vehicle in that there was wind noise at a speed of 100km/h and above. The wind noise particularly on long drives was unbearable. I reported this to the sales manager Anton and to cut a long story short nothing happened (in fact he did not even greet me when he clearly saw me at the dealership to resolve this issue). He (Anton) then passed me onto Danika (there are 2 Danikas at this dealership, needless to say I have dealt with both Danikas). It is noteworthy that any attempt to speak to the dealer principal, Matthew, are blocked by reception and Danika number 1 and Danika number 2.

Marius (National Technical Manager) has also not been of any help. I get the distinct sense that there is a kabal at this dealership that is unable to deal with any genuine complaint after sales. 9 months later I still await any resolution from Danika, Anton, Marius et al. I have thus resorted to an online review to put an end to the matter.

My desired outcome is that the vehicle be returned to BMW and I be placed in the position I would have been had the purchase of the X3 never been concluded. I have been more than patient and provided this dealership with more than adequate time to resolve the issue. If they had offered a replacement vehicle even some 6 months ago I would have opted for it. However, the point for resolution is now irreconcilable hence the desired outcome.

BMW has lost me as a customer.
