Unprofessional staff members

I took my car in for repairs and there is a person by the name of Ezereth (not sure of speeling), the guy assisted me with inspection the car and made a quote for me but however when I took my car in for repairs, the ARC took in my car on 23 January 2020, during the repairs Ezereth decided to swap my rear rims and took the 1 rim that was not bumbed, there is still a scratch on my rear right fender, they did not do wheel alignment on my car and the car was having a warning light of tyre pressure not equal on all the tyres and also there are items missing in my car.

I will never take my car to Club Motors Fountains Approved Repair Centre in Gezina have the most unprofessional staff members and really wish that I can be assisted in this regard
