Bad service by Ezereth

I got bumped on my rear right wheel and my rim as well as my bumper was scratched, also the rear right fender. I went to BMW club motors fountains ARC, I was assisted with quotations by a Male person by the name of Ezereth (not sure of spelling).

He gave me a quote and the 3rd party paid for all the repairs in cash. On the quote they had to repair the rim that was bumped which is my rear right wheel, spray my rear pumper, spray my fender, car diagnostics and wheel alignment. I took my car in on the 23rd of January 2019 and I went to take it on the 30th of January.

When I took my car in it was inspected and all my belongings in the car were taken a picture, to my surprise when I went to take the car on the 30th of January 2020. The wheel alignment is worst, I had a warning sign of tyre pressure on the tyres not equal, Ezereth decided to swap my rear wheels and lie to me saying that the rim that was damaged is the rear left 1 and I never requested them to swap my rear wheel around, my personal items and money in the car were ****** and they claim I did not leave anything in the car.

When I received my car back it was as if that was not my car anymore even driving it was different. I reported all this to them and said they will assist me but they are actually doing nothing about it and I am extremely disappointed in the manner which they treat their clients because I believe if you have done something that the customer is not satisfied with then you must do something about it but they did not even try to care about my situation, I had to always call them and they were getting rude and impatient with me by day.

I am not happy with this and I was to expose this Ezereth person. I believe he is not fit to work in an environment like that because he thinks he has the audacity to make decisions on other people's cars and that really got me mad and seriously upset.

I am kindly asking for something to be done to this person.
