Car Repair

The service was poor, my car was repaired on 17 April until to date, it has not been returned. There has been a lack of communication from their side. It's worth noting that the problem is not the engine itself, but the mechanical parts. The most distressing aspect is that its the old Polo model and finding parts for these cars it is not a challenge, but it's certainly a challenging task to them. I would not recommend it to anyone if I knew, as I would not have taken my car to them. However, I am now extremely disappointed.
