Worst Service Ever

I was offered BMW Motorcycle Insurance on a recent motorcycle purchased from BMW Motorrad in Zambezi Pretoria. I have called the dealership 5 times and each time I am passed on and eventually told that the correct person will call me back. No call back ever. They were quick to sell me the bike and then took a week for the deal to be done (cash purchase) and nearly a week later, no registration papers received yet and no insurance. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone, ever
