very bad service

I would firstly like to express my disappointment in Bmw Sandton on the sales persons in the Motor cycle department on how they treat their clients , it is clear to me that they under mind people and their knowledge on Motor cycles .

I have purchased a Bmw R1200RT pre-owned from the dealer and was very disgusted on how this bike was handed over to me , the bike advertised was a motor cycle with a full Service history and of Bmw pre-owned standards and clearly this was not the case . Harry the salesman had assured me that the bike will be check all-round before I collect . ( Your sales man is very dishonest )

Going through the bike the very same day I found a lot of shocking problems which this bike shouldn’t of left your dealer but did risking my life in the process

• Bent back wheel • Finished front brakes • Finished front tyre ( which harry was to replace as the one on the bike was damaged) so he gave me a bad second -hand tyre . • Filthy bike which was in my opinion wiped off and given to me . * No tool kit * broken side panel suck with double sided tape

There are a few other issues which I have pick up and now that I have found them I get told to return the bike and cancel the deal .

I feel that the sales persons Harry and Craig has under minded a customs knowledge of moto cycles and has sold me a bad bike thinking I would not pick up this issues and now not owning up to it and rather trying to cover this up along with a bad attitude.

Please can you assist and step in as the service I am currently experiencing is shocking coming from a Bmw dealer.

After driving to the dealer yesterday and fighting with the sale man they eventually agreed to come collect my bike , They came this morning to collect my bike and gave me a 300cc bike to loan with a empty tank which i am not sure if i will even make it to the petrol station .

Even though this is not my fault but theirs they clearly have no intention of trying to make their customer happy .

please if some one can assist i would much appreciated it .
