Sunroof Explodes

Good Morning

We have a 228i BMW – the sunroof yesterday afternoon exploded.

We took it to Alpina Boksburg to be looked at and be corrected. On Arrival we met with Mr Luis Catarino ********** whom inform us That he cannot authorize the repairs to be done and BMWw Regional Manager Mr Niren Sukai Needs to “inspect” it to see “if” repairs can be authorise. Mr Sukai is absolutely uncontactable. Does not take calls???

We have listed this issue on Facebook and will as the day / weekend progress list and shoe South Africa The BMW South Africa is not taking responsibility for their product.

Let’s see how many other consumers have this same “Problem”

BMW managers hide behind their staff, that have no knowledge what to do. Absolutely shocking service that we are receiving from BMW.
