Complaint BMW SA

I bought a R1200GS from a dealer and was not happy with certain things on the motorcycle.I contacted BMW SA Motorrad to complain. After weeks I was bluntly referred back to the dealer with my problems. No effort was made to verify my side of the problem. I am now back to square one and must sort the problem out with the dealer myself, which I don't think will help me in any way.
