Clearwater motorrad worst dealer ever

I purchased an BMW GS 1200 lc 2013 model at Clearwater Motorrad 6months ago.When I got the bike 3 days later bike dont want to start so they change the battery tell me bike is in good condition now after 6 months 3000km the propshaft if worn phone them tells me they dont cover that.After the bike was serviced at them just before I purchased it and they suppose to check it.
