Bmw South Africa denies Client of getting new keys cut for motorcy

Hi I’ve tried to request for a new key of my motorcycle that I’ve recently purchased, I’ve taken the bmw Hp4 s1000 competition pack to donford Cape Town to have a new key cut and programmed, they then hands me over to bmw ustiner care, which they didn’t really care to anything I had to say, my son of 3 years old had lost the key an all I needed was a new key the insisted that something was fishy as I wanted a new key only one day after I’ve registered the bike to my name, seems to me like a key couldn’t be lost one one day after registering the bike to my name what do I do in this regard? The arrogant guy dawrio said he wouldn’t help me. I am an owner of 3 Motorcyles one of them is also a bmw s1000 RR 2015 which I’ve purchased brand new from bmw stellenbosch, the guy blatantly mentions they something isn’t right about me losing the key I assume that he think I’ve *****ed or stole the bike in order to register it to my name. This is a disgrace to such a big company. I will constantly badmouth bmw South Africa on all forums as I’m in very well know internationally in the biking fraternity, our race team holds the quickest speed on the 1/4 mile in Africa with a bmw s1000 RR along with my other bike which is a Kawasaki H2 . So I can guarantee yoh that bmw South Africa will get a bad name on air with bush radio along with media 24.
