BMW Navigator VI GPS

Anyone thinking of buying a +/- R 14 000 BMW Navigator GPS, consider your decision very carefully. There is a well-known recurring problem where the unit freezes or starts ghosting. BMW Motorrad refuse to entertain my claim as the unit is out of warranty. I believe that thousands of these units worldwide are faulty. Sadly after 8 BMW motorcycles I have purchased, I will be changing brands
