BMW have the Worst After Sale Service Ever

<p>Bought a brand new BMW R1200GS ADV LC 2016 model and the motor failed 4 months later on 2500km. Camshafts worned away. Got a case number from BMW Motorrad SA as I was not satisfied with the way BMW Bavarian in Centurion dealt with the repairs. BMW Motorrad never bothered to do anything about it. Only phoned to inform me that they have closed the case and will no longer assist me as I have contacted the Onbudsman. What excactly is the purpose of BMW Complaint Center when they do absolutely nothing about our complaints?</p>
