<p> </p> <p>Worst service ever!!</p> <p>Will never go back!!</p> <p>Motarrad never opening on time, make you wait 15 minutes to book in your motorcycle. Never have parts or loan bikes. </p> <p>More worried who enters the building. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />Security think they own the building and have no repect for customers.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Managers never available no wonder it's circus.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />BMW customer service complaints just as useless, not coming up with proper solutions. rather believing the dealership.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />havent received one apologie yet. just more problems. Is it that difficult to just apologise, not looking for freebies just a decent apology and acknowledgement...</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Will be trading in our BMW GS1200 for a KTM. Service much better and we dont even own a KTM yet. </p>
