After sales treatment

Bought a bike s1000 RR a month ago. Yesterday 24/08/17 riding from Dawnpark to Swaziland. The bike broke down on the N4 before Alzu. Called the manager to help with a loan bike if possible. Was told he will get back to asap. Waited almost 3hrs without response and decided to call back to check. Was then asked if my bike has arrived at the dealreship. And this was surprising as was still On the freeway waiting for his call back. I was then told there is no bike to lend to carry on with the trip and I must call BMW on call. I had to wait and tow the bike back to Boksburg. Where atleast BMW assist organised me a car. Bike trip dololo.
