Outstanding Service
Dear Management Team, I would like to take a moment to recognise the exceptional service I received from Kieran Hedley during the purchase of my new BMW F450 GS Trophy. In today's world, it's unfortunately become rare to receive service that genuinely exceeds expectations, but Kieran did exactly that. From the moment I made my first enquiry until the day I collected my motorcycle, he was nothing short of outstanding. Every email, WhatsApp message and phone call was answered promptly—often within 30 minutes—regardless of whether it was during business hours or after hours. At no point did I feel like I was waiting for information or having to chase for updates. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and made what could have been a stressful purchase completely effortless. What impressed me most wasn't just his product knowledge, but his attitude. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Whether it was answering my endless questions, sourcing accessories, discussing finance options, or keeping me updated on the arrival of the bike and parts, Kieran remained professional, patient and genuinely enthusiastic. I always felt like a valued customer rather than just another sale. I've bought many vehicles over the years, including cars and motorcycles, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best purchasing experiences I've ever had. The level of communication, attention to detail and customer care was simply exceptional. Kieran is a tremendous ambassador for BMW Motorrad and for CFAO Fourways. What incredible service. I own a 10+ year old scooter but still get the service I would expect as a brand new bike owner. Shout out especially to Daneel for his absolutely incredible work ethic and for always keeping the customers abreast of everything that is happening. 10/10 would highly recommend the BMW Motorrad team!
