Not sorry enough to compensate for costs incurred

I sent a complaint to BMW OnCall service for a horrible experience I had and the inconvenience they caused. They wrote to say they apologize but not enough to compensate me for the cost incurred due to their lack of service and none caring manner, after being stuck away from home for three nights.
