JSN Still charge but don’t repair the fault.

Unfortunately JSN seem to only be in business for the money, and don’t seem to be honest in their business dealings. They made me pay to repair a fault as my gearbox light had come on. I was told the car had been diagnosed and all was corrected and sorted out. After paying a walked to the car and as I started it my gearbox light was still on. They promised me that it was not on just before bringing the car up from the parking bay. After that they kept the car for another day and then called to tell me that I need to replace the entire gearbox which would cost about R100 000. This was absolute nonsense. I took the vehicle to another gearbox company and the only fault was the solenoid. They also changed the gearbox oil and filters at a cost of about R7000. I’m really disappointed in JSN. You think you can trust them as a reputable BMW company, but it’s just a sham. They are also unwilling to refund me for the work they did on the vehicle which didn’t fix anything. Please don’t make the same mistake. Don’t take your BNW there for a service.
