BMW damages my car

They caused damage to my car after I dropped off a colleague to fetch his car. Their boom malfunctioned and caused the spikes barrier to rip into my front bumper upon exiting. BMW then had the audacity to tell me it was my fault and refused to pay, claiming they don't have cover for such incidents. My car was damage-free for 6 whole years and now this! Even had my detailed and ceramic coated.
