BMW Johannesburg Auto

Do not buy your car at this dealer. Do not take your car at this dealership. Do not accept explanation from their receptionists or even their Technicians.

My last car service was done at an RMI approved dealer. A few months later after my car was serviced, it just stopped. A passerby said he suspected that my car didn't have fuel but I had. However I decided to take it to BMW Johannesburg Auto.

My car was towed in. They refused for it to be even towed off from the truck. They said if the car was serviced elsewhere, we need to take it back there. I said I don't care, I want them to diagnose my car, the Technician said diagnosing it simply says he is willing to work on the car.

Like I am boiling with anger at all the stupid excuses they gave us. Now the Service Manager Roy says the was misunderstanding and he is willing to give me the 1st diagnostic hour for free.

Sadly, black people need you to be famous for them to treat you well. I am sorry to say, but that is why white people will be above us. They serve each other, not because of status but because they feel they see themselves as one. In the heat of that discussion, Benjamin Dube passed with 2 other cars following him, they were so nice to him, even waved and forgot about us for a second. They will forever remain employees as receptionists because they lack the capacity to reason to serve their own. They will remain a white man's slave!!!
