I recently visited BMW Joburg City Auto at Newtown, and what a pleasant experience it was. I was look for some BMW apparel for a colleague that was going on retirement and these items where difficult to source. However the Principal Dealer Fred and his team assisted me in putting together all the requested items within 2 days. The guys at BMW really went out of their way to assist, that was unrivalled customer service. Even though I wasn’t buying a car I was still treated as a valued customer. I would highly recommend this dealership. The team that assisted me where the Principle Dealer Fred, the Parts Manager Quinton, and 2 Sales Reps Sashen and Lavin. Keep up the great work guys.
