No after sales service BMW Joburg City Auto

Purchased a used vehicle from BMW Joburg City Auto at end of last year. Signed the OTP on 20 Dec 2019, deal on 3 January and collected vehicle on 4 January 2020. Vehicle was not checked, there was no fuel filled, no Roadworthy check done, worse still was that one rim was buckled and they did not bother to fix same before delivery. On delivery I was promised that they will collect the vehicle on the Monday 6 January to attend to all issues including settlement of trade-in and refund. This became Tuesday, then Wednesday. Salesperson could not be contacted and Sales manager claimed to know nothing about vehicle condition or financials. Vehicle collected on Thursday and returned on Friday evening. I was informed that the rim was buckled and would be attended to next week. Vehicle returned dirty, fuel on reserve, no roadworthy done and I am expected to drive the vehicle with a damaged wheel which will cause further damages to vehicle suspension, tyre and is a safety hazard
