Worst experience with BMW fountains Pretoria.

I am having the worst experience with BMW fountains in Pretoria. I took my vehicle in for electrical fault repairs on the first week of December 2024 and waited patiently throughout December for them to fix it. In January I was told that they ordered parts and still waiting for delivery and I would possibly be getting the vehicle around mid January 2025. To date I still haven’t received my vehicle. I went to them last week and demanded to see if my vehicle was still there and to my surprise my vehicle was bumped on the front passenger door and the door was damaged and no longer closing. I was told the vehicle’s airbags were damaged by their technician and they will replace at their own cost. I now suspect that someone in their workshop took my vehicle for joy rides and had an accident. This morning when I called to find out if my vehicle is ready I was told that they are still investigating if the vehicle was already damaged when it came into their workshop. I immediately contacted BMW SA to intervene and assist me. I regret ever taking my vehicle to them.
