WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE , NOT KEEPING THEIR PROMISE

The worst customer service i have ever recieved , i will not recommend anyone to BMW Club Motors Fountains . My car had a battery problem i arranged with my inusrance for the car to be towed to Clubmotors Fountains BMW they ran a diagnostic and found that the battery needed to be replaced, i gave them a authorization to replace the battery and all was fine , 4 months later the same problem started , Idrive display will not come on and the car kept poping error message saying battery dischanged , i then contacted BMW Club Motors Fountains and tghey said i should bring in the vehicle for them to check , mind you i have to pay the diagnostic fee , the car was checked and they could find anything yet the problem persisted . The service advisor by the name of Phumzile Phiri could not explain what the problem is so i asked to speak to the workshop supervisor who also could not tell me what the real problem is other than to give me two options which was either i need to replace the entire head unit or have it repaired which he cannot gurantee it will be successful , so i asked him how can you suggest these options without first doing the root analysis of the actual problem since they could not tell me what the problem is but instead they spceulate , bearing in mind this is a dealer where i bought 3 of my BMWs and trusted them for all these years and supported them but i am being failed as a loyal client and i feel that i have not been treated fairly . I was promised by Phumzile that she will speak to her manager and she will call me but its been over months since that promise was made till date i am yet to recieve the call from either her or her manager . Yesterday 15/03/2024 i recieved a call from BMW Club Motors Fountains i spoke to Lerato who was calling me due to my car rear brake pads service which is due , i explained to her my predicament , she promised me that she will go speak to her manager and will call me before close of business but as expected that the staff at BMW Club Motors Fountains make promises that they cant keep to their clients , she also never call me back . WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE BMW Club Motors Fountains ONLY CARES ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO TFC WHATSOEVER . Regards Disgruntled Client Tiyani ***
