ON GOING POOR SERVICE

I have been the loyal customer at BMW Fountains since the year 2015; I have never had serious issues with them that is the reason I am still taking my car there to date; recently what I am experiencing with them I get the impression that I have been with them for a very long time they no longer value my business any more ; I am saying this because on the 4th of May 2023 I took my car for a service I was collected at past 5pm in the afternoon and the driver was fuming and even his driving was out of this world because it was after knock off time I even lost my one of my medicated earing, I let it to slide; so this morning again I arrived at 6:55 to be precise though their business start operating from 7:30 I had no control over it but unfortunately I had to arrive at work at 9:00 because on of their important customer who arrived at 7:50; i learnt that we both were heading to the west of Pretoria; she told the driver that she cannot go to the township, mind you this lady was on her PJ covered with a coat and slippers on but she told the driver that she cannot go to the township and if something happened to her the driver will be responsible for that even when i was trying to tell them that i am being late for work the lady who was going to her house also said that she was also going to work by the look she was not even showing that she was actually going to any work but the driver had to take her home even after i told them that i had a very important exam to run but the "important client " won; then that reminded me of several incidents of the same nature which happened to me may be a years back with the same BMW Fountains though it was not reported then today the episode was being repeated that is the reason i decided to report it and have to think of where i should take my car for the next service moving forward which has also made me to think of trying another brand on my next buy. i am really disappointed i dont want to lie; is it a crime to work in the township? is the value of the money from Atteridgeville different with the one in Eland****rt/Danville ? should i change my work place so that i can receive the treatment as those from and near town?
