Extremely *********** dealership

I had a extremely bad experience with BMW Fountains & BMW SA. My car went for repairs three times in two months spending R60 000 in the process.

After the last repair, I only drove the vehicle for less than 20km before I had another breakdown. This time around they wanted me to pay an additional R105 000 for repairs. This is insane.

When I reports the issue to BMW SA, they did not investigate my complaint, instead they tried their outmost best to protect their brand and the dealership.
