Dishonest sale by BMW Fountains

I was trying to purchase a second hand vehicle from BMW Fountains, the vehicle was a Volvo V40, 2015 model. The deal was sealed during lockdown, I paid a deposit of R115 000 when it was time for collection there were many stories as I had requested them to do the service on the vehicle finally they did the service and BMW Fountains communicated that everything was fixed.

I decided to do my own cross reference to Volvo and I found out that issues on the vehicle were I identified by Volvo and one of them was the entire clutch kit need replacement and BMW has refused to fix, mind you it’s worth 45 000 to replace and BMW Fountains didn’t not disclose this to me they went on to provide me with a quality check that didn’t reveal this.

I am still in a process of trying to get my deposit back from them.

My advice if you buying any second hand from them make sure you do your own independent confirmations else you will be ****med by these people.
