Disgusted and ****med @BMWsouthafrica-Fountains Circle

****med by the service department. If you are sane....never ever do business with these *** do you have such businesses associated with your brand.

My story_ Feb 2024 I took my 118 in Centurion bmw...routine service....I was then advised to watch out for my heat sensor (a little ***** thingy) reading faulty...they said the car is in perfect condition just keep it in mind.

Being female,of course this bugs me...for peace of mind...I then booked the car for that sensor to be repaired....in March. I have never been to fountains bmw before but it is closest to my office. I take the car in,explained the issue. They had to run their diagnosis (fair enough)

Which came back reporting an array of other issues which amounted to R12400....soo_ a diagnosis was done about a month before Centurion bmw_ so how were these issues missed. Am thinking @this point....Pay the amount and keep moving...which I do. Fetch the car drive home park in garage.

Next day_there is water on the floor....called a mechanic via insurance....who pointed out what happened...the water bottle lid was broken/like proper snipped off, freshly soo...letting water out when i drove from fountains. I take pictures....call them and we agree I tow the car back in. Calmly....my car which never had issues before, the car I drove to this dealer....is now towed to them.

Without hesitation I am informed the car burst the turbo when the water leaked and it will cost me a further R68K to fix....I had sent them the pictures of the part they broke...which the guy termed *coincidence*

I never in my life expected a brand as respected as BMW to take advantage of females.....

The cherry ontop_when I asked for the car to rather be towed back home as I do not have 68K to fix....these people demanded I pay another diagnostic fee of 1.5.....no accountability for breaking my car whatsoever....
