Poor service

am so angry at how I am treated at bmw fountains I booked my car for a service and I was quoted R6500 by Boikhutso and I immediately booked in my vehicle for Friday , when I send my husband to go and service the car they quoted him 9694 which is totally different from the quote they gave me and boikhutso only gave me what is going to be fixed on that amount he gave me now with the same quotation they say they can reduce it to 8200 who are they doing a favor do cause they gave me wrong information from the start I am not crazy to book a vehicle with the amount I didn’t hear clearly they are telling me they system cannot pull out the old quotation ation of Wednesday what a lie they are destroying the name of the BMW what can’t of a joke is this
