Unsympathetic and Disingenuous Service

Poor and unsympathetic assistance from BMW. No relief was given during COVID, and then my Review was cancelled even though I had made payments during lockdown (not total but all I could afford), and then when I asked what they expected from me I was informed by their consultant that I could voluntarily hand back the vehicle and catch a bus to work. I am now employed again and have been sending payment through with extra to catch up the shortfall and have had no feedback regarding the account except a very generic and disingenuous apology for the comments made to me. For this to be the face of a large company during a time of challenges for everyone, it leaves a serious sour taste in your mouth.
