Unprofessional behavior and poor communication s****s

People are very unprofessional over the phone and are not s****ed to deal with arrangements properly. If they aim is not to listen to a customer and just rubble of whats on a peace of paper in front of them, rather send an sms. I might loose everything now because they dont want to wait another month for their payments. Unacceptable behavior.
