I eventually sorted out payments that were mis-allocated by BMW yet the vehicle was taken away although payment was up to date. "Good morning

I would like you to find the attached for your records, if you perhaps haven’t received communication.

Although I have paid the account up to date with BMW Finance, it has been decided that the authorities will continue to retrieve the vehicle.

I understand that you want the vehicle irrespective of any steps I have taken to ensure all matters are settled and the payment are up to date.

I have been through an unfortunate and dreadful divorce and maintained my honesty and integrity so I have arranged with the collectors and vehicle will be collected as per your instructions.

I have not used the vehicle since Monday and will not.

Unfortunately, I do not have a good testimony of the way this was handled but will abide with your decision.
