Unauthorised D/order

<p>I had a Kia that was financed through BMW Finance - this vehicle was sold and settled at about 20/10/2016.</p> <p>After which I was told that I do NOT have to worry about the debit order.</p> <p> </p> <p>Guess what - it was debited off my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>And then my bank sent another debit order back as they said I did not have the funds (not their mistake btw)</p> <p> </p> <p>So now I have to pay the fees on my cheque account for an RD.</p> <p>Plus pay the fees at my supplier for the RD (yes you pay penalties when your debit orders get sent back as unpaid)</p> <p>+ I HAVE A RD AGAINST MY ACCOUNT WHICH I NEVER EVER HAD.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks BMW Finance - I seriously hate what you done with my credit record.</p>
